How I work with you.

I do not do long sales cycles. No RFPs, no SOWs that take three weeks to write. You tell me what you need, I tell you if I can help, and we start.

Every engagement starts the same way: a free 30-minute call. You tell me what you are building or what is broken. I ask questions. By the end of that call, you will know whether working together makes sense.

If it does, I build a strategy around your specific situation. Your stack, your team, your constraints. Then we build. I am not handing you a document and walking away. I am pair coding, reviewing pull requests, setting up infrastructure, and sitting next to you (virtually) while the hard problems get solved.

The tools I recommend depend on your project. The approach stays the same: move fast, build properly, ship. You can see what this looks like in practice on the projects page.

No long-term contracts. If the first engagement goes well and you want ongoing support, we keep going. If not, you walk away with real progress and a codebase you can continue building on.
